Chaired by Esencan Terzibasoglu, Special Advisor to the UNWTO Secretary-General, UNWTO, the panel consists of: Kaari Artemjeff, Marketing Manager (China & Russia) at Helsinki Marketing, Caissa Product Director Tony Jin, visitBerlin’s Director of Market Management Ralf Ostendorf, Roger Qiu, GM of Europe at Ctrip and Dr. Song Rui, the Director at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
The video sees the experts offer their opinions on the questions: ‘What are the special characteristics of the Chinese tourists for an urban destination in Europe?’, ‘What are the main features of the tourism products (or experiences) that they are looking for?’ and ‘How do you attract the Chinese market to your destination?’
