New episode of China Outbound Travel Pulse: Winter Sports

The seventh episode of the China Outbound Travel Pulse series has been published on the COTRI website, as well as on the series’ dedicated YouTube channel.

With Beijing now lined up as the next host of the Winter Olympics following the end of the 2018 Pyeongchang event, winter sport activities are becoming a key area of focus in the Chinese outbound leisure market.

With the 2018 Chinese New Year holiday period having just finished, the video discusses winter sports and other winter-themed tourism during this period.

The video also highlights other winter-related activities sought out by Chinese outbound travellers, including: spas, ice-fishing, dog-sledding and chasing the Northern Lights.

As with previous episodes, the trend analysis of the theme is also supported by video interviews with real Chinese outbound travellers.
