COTRI Director Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Georg Arlt will lead a one-day workshop entitled ‘Servicing Chinese Tourists’ at Eurochambres in Brussels on November 29, 2017.
The session will provide participants with insights into how they should go about drawing Chinese outbound tourists to their businesses and developing a successful relationship with them. The workshop will equip attendees with knowledge on how to tailor their products and services to the Chinese outbound market, as well as training them in cultivating appropriate strategies and promoting quality assurance. The ‘Servicing Chinese Tourists’ workshop will also offer specific insight into Chinese travellers’ expectations, needs, characteristics and motivations, while also preparing tourism service providers in providing high quality services adapted to their Chinese customers.
