Professor Arlt representing COTRI in Macau

COTRI’s Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Georg Arlt held a presentation at the Macau University of Science and Technology, providing insights into the Chinese outbound tourism development and sharing COTRI’s expertise in this field. The presentation titled “Keeping Pace with the Development of Chinese Outbound Tourism in 2016” focused on the 2016 outlook for the Chinese outbound tourism market and the forecasted development looking ahead. Professor Arlt also provided examples of problems and prospects

The presentation was held on Monday, February 29 and was part of Macau University of Science and Technology’s Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management seminar series. The event was sponsored by the Macao Foundation.

Professor Arlt provided examples of problems and prospects of Chinese outbound tourism in recent years and elaborated on the outlook for the tourism industry in Macau. The presentation also included a questions and answers session and general discussion with the audience.
