The CTW Quality Label honours companies and organisations who offer sustainable quality to Chinese international travellers. The focus of the certification is the adaption of products and services to the specific needs, expectations, and values of Chinese travellers. The label is based on a scalable Total Quality Management (TQM) approach, allowing both smaller and bigger companies and organisations to take part.

The application should be led by a member of a company or organisation who achieved the certification as a CTW Quality Host. Applicants are provided with an information package by COTRI which enables them based on the acquired knowledge and a self-analysis of the current products and services to develop an 8-point action plan to assess and set goals to improve the suitability of products and services to Chinese demands. After a careful review by COTRI’s regional experts, and – if necessary – some improvement following feedback given by the experts, the successful applicants will be granted the CTW Quality Label. The label is valid for two years after granting and can be renewed.
